What happens if I stop paying?

Your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for. After that, your household moves to the free plan automatically — nothing is deleted. AI scan drafts you've already approved stay on your calendar. Photos above the free limit stay readable; you just can't add more until you're back on paid or remove some.

Is there a free trial?

The free plan is genuinely free, not a trial. Connect your calendars, set up displays and run chores with your household at no cost. Upgrade when you want to scan letters or plan meals.

Where is my data stored?

In the UK (London, AWS eu-west-2). We are the data controller under UK GDPR. See the privacy policy for details on each processor.

Do I need an account on the display device?

No. Open /pair on any browser, enter the six-digit code from your phone. That's it — no login, no app install, no typing on the display device.
